Sooo, grad noch mal geguckt:

hatte den ath3k händisch nachgeladen, war nen test 😉 😃
warum btintel geladen ist verstehe ich auch nicht so richtig, aber sobald ichs rauswerfe, geht BT noch weniger als es eh schon geht^^

Aber ja, das Problem mit den halben Lösungen und den Bugreports hab ich auch durch, ultimative Lösung, die ich gefunden hab: Kauf ne andere WLAN Karte >.<

waren bevor ich linux-firmware-git installiert habe noch einige mehr, so bescheuert, wies klingt, wirkt fast wie hardcoded "versuche die firmware da und da zu laden" 😃
Machen grad das update auf den 4.3er Kernel, ma schauen, ob sich was ändert 😃
