Das die Platte rauf und runter fährt liegt weder an der Platte, noch am
Kernel, es scheint durch die DEs verursacht zu werden. Normalerweise fährt das Laufwerk runter und wird nicht willkürlich wieder hochgefahren. "noatime" oder "relatime" kann schwerlich in /etc/fstab disabled werden, wenn dort nicht gemountet wird, zudem besteht das Problem auch wenn keine Partition gemountet ist.

tcl und tk werden von idle3ctl nicht benötigt, aber idle3 benötigt sie, unwichtig in diesem Falle, es ist mir zufällig durch einen Tippfehler aufgefallen.
