Dazu habe ich noch eine Frage.
Ich habe gestern meinen Kernel upgedatet. Bis dahin hatte ich immer noch einen kernel26-2.6.16.
Anhand des wikis (
http://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Mkinitcpio ) bin ich dann vorgegangen.
Nur was ich hier machen soll, habe ich nicht ganz verstanden:

To change the defaults for the fallback images edit the following files:
kernel26 --> '/boot/mkinitcpio-kernel26.conf'
kernel26beyond --> '/boot/mkinitcpio-kernel26beyond.conf
and set them to NoUpgrade = in '/etc/pacman.conf'. Note that these should be sane unless you require a special setup such as lvm or raid.
Wo soll ich kernel26 --> '/boot/mkinitcpio-kernel26.conf' eintragen?
Da ich diesen Punkt nicht befolgt habe, wird nun kein mkinitcpio bei mir genutzt? Also mein Computer startet mit dem /boot/kernel26.img und zeigt halt auch den kernel26-2.6.17 an-
Das Kernelupdate verlief auf jeden Fall erfolgreich.
