In der Regel finde ich keine, weder über bluetoothctl scan, noch über die gnome gui, noch über hcitool scan. Einmal hab ich meine BT Maus gefunden, konnte koppeln, gefühlt ne minute benutzen, bis nichts mehr ging.

ja, die karte kann ganz offiziell BT 4.1. Laut Hersteller und am WIndows gehts auch 😉 😃

Hab eigentlich erwartet, dass ich die BT Karte, wie bei älteren Atheros Karten auch als USB Device angezeigt bekomme, drum dacht ichs 😉

Wie gesagt, am Winblöd läufts 😉 sprich im Bios sollte alles an sein, Hardwareschalter isses leider auch nicht.

...oder vielleicht auch nicht. Was hast du da gemacht?
mitlerweile "einfach" ausem AUR das linux-firmware-git package nachinstalliert, da sind die fehlen firmware Dateien dabei
