Nein, es war kein Bug. Es was genau so dokumentiert.
Für mich bleibts ein Bug. Außerdem steht in dem man-Auszug auch nur das "… halt oder reboot aufgerufen werden während das System normal läuft, dann wird statt dessen shutdown (mit -h oder -r) ausgeführt."
'shutdown -h' kann dann weiterhin zu einem halted system führen denn es liegt am System ob es am Ende auch abschaltet (man 8 shutdown: -h Requests that the system be either halted or powered off after it has been brought down…, with the choice as to which left up to the system).
Ich habe mit AL vermutlich 'halt' nie ausgeführt. Ich kann mich jedenfalls nicht dran erinnern und in meiner shell-history ist es auch nicht drin. Da stehen nur Variationen 'shutdown -[r|P] TIME'.
